BK Rent a Car - Terms of use Ibiza and Formentera car hire

Minimum age: 22 years old(with young driver surcharge 22-23 years), and at least 2 year as driving licence holder for groups Z, A, B, C. Other groups 25 years old with 2 years experience. (From group C1 onwards vehicles must be booked in upon request and must also be reconfirmed. Maximum rental is 30 days.)
Our rates include VAT, Airport fees, local taxes/fee, Road Tax, fully comprehensive insurance (CDW) WITH EXCESS between 225 € - 1.000 € according to car group, unlimited mileage.

Our rates do not include: Young driver surcharge,baby or children seats, so if needed they should be booked in. Fee is 3 euros per day, up to a maximum of 30 euros. Additional Driver fees are € 3 per day, up to a maximum of 30 euros. CDW does not include loss of keys, damage in locks or windows, damage to the underside of the car, tires, upholstery, neither error in fuel measure. There is an extra 20 euros charge for delivery to hotels. The service fee after hours at the request of the customer is 30 euros.

Excess liability: Groups Z,A, B, C: 225 € or extra charge of 5 € per day to cancel it. Groups D, C1, D1, D2: 500 € or extra charge of 10 € per day to cancel it. Groups D3, D4, D5, F, G, G1 ,H: 750 euros or extra charge of 15 € to cancel it; Groups F1, H1, H2: 1.000 € or extra charge of 20 € to cancel it.

Petrol: All vehicles are delivered with full fuel tank, and must be paid when collecting it, costing between 45 euros and 75 euros depending on the kind of vehicle and it should be returned empty, except rents of 3 days or less, in which case tanks can be filled up and deposit will be returned.

Airport Office Hours: 08:00 am to 22:00 pm. There will be an extra fee of 30 euros per rental after hours. There will also be an extra fee of 20 euros for deliveries at ports and / or offices in the port of Ibiza and San Antonio. There will be a 20 euros fee for delivery or return in different offices.

Playa d’en Bossa Office opening hours: 08:30 am to 20:30 pm. Other offices opening hours: 08:30-13:00 and 16:30-20:00 pm. Credit card is required upon arrival, as a guarantee (and a second credit card may be asked as a second guarantee). The final deadline for processing claims will be 30 days from the signing of the contract. (from the beginning of our services).

PAYMENT.

a) Payment in final destination:

Client pays in the office of supplier the price shown in the page, when formalizing the contract.
No cancellation fee.

b) Online pre-payment (with Credit Card Visa or Mastercard) 5 % discount on web price.

Client pays online when booking through one of our secure systems (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode).
No cancellation fee.
